On October 10th 2009 Patchwork of Young Leaders Society held a Community Cleanup event in Washington Heights/Harlem where we engaged our teenagers to participate in cleaning up the streets.
Recent News
The New York Yankees featured Patchwork for HOPE week during 7/20-7/24. The Yankees organization donated $10,000 to our mission. Special thanks to Jason Zillo from the New York Yankees for making this happen!
Nelson Mandela turned 91 and was celebrated on 7/18/ 2009 in Radio City Music Hall. Patchwork was invited to attend with special guests including: Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin and many more.
